Cole Crocker

President

Cole was born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, where he attended high school at Father Ryan. He continued his education at Murray State University and upon graduation, moved back to Nashville began a career in wealth management with Strategic Financial Partners. Cole is extremely passionate about giving back to the community. When he is not at the office or helping the Chamber, you can find him coaching hockey, hunting, or fishing.

Marshall Ussery

Marshall Ussery is the Administrator and Executive Director of NHC Place at the Trace, a 90 bed Skilled Nursing and 80 apartment Assisted Living Facility.

David Hart

David Hart, CPA, CGMA, CVA, CFF leads the firm’s business valuation practice while specializing in tax preparation and business consulting for small and medium sized businesses. His business valuation experience compliments his tax practice and provides a unique opportunity to help his clients achieve their financial goals.

Karen Whelan

Secretary, Women of the Vue Committee Chair

Karen Whelan is the Director of Development and Alumni Relations at Nashville Christian School. She has served in this position since 2011. During that time she has had the pleasure of working closely with the Chamber, a partnership that has proved to be very beneficial for NCS. She is mom to Joe (NCS Class of 2012) and David (NCS Class of 2017). Both sons live in Bellevue and she is honored to serve the Bellevue community through her seat on the board.

Diana Cook

Treasurer, Finance Committee Member

Diana Cook is a certified public account and works for Pilot.com, the largest provider of back office services for startups and small businesses specializing in bookkeeping, tax, and CFO services. Diana has enjoyed living in Bellevue for the last fifteen years with her family and wants to give back to her community through her involvement with the Bellevue Harpeth Chamber of Commerce.

Heather Sisemore Warmbrod

Heather Sisemore Warmbrod is a REALTOR with The Wilson Group Real Estate Services. Heather’s diverse background in communications, marketing, and social media has made her an asset to the Bellevue Harpeth Chamber Board.

Heather and her husband James can be found cheering on their children at their many sporting events at Nashville Christian School. Heather is passionate about serving her community and has called Bellevue home since 2001.

Leigh Ann Portale

Leigh Ann is a Realtor®, certified Home Stager and Paint Color Specialist working with Parks Realty. Born and raised in Bowling Green, KY, she attended Western Kentucky University where she earned her BA and MA in Corporate Communications. After working locally in marketing and human resources, she moved to Nashville and continued her corporate, nonprofit, and volunteer experiences for a number of years, eventually entering real estate. The most rewarding thing about real estate is helping clients achieve their next life goal while going above and beyond for them. Leigh Ann has lived in Bellevue for over 20 years, has two children in college, two Boxers and enjoys playing tennis and circuit training on a regular basis.

Tami Terrell

Member Relations Committee Chair

Tami Terrell is Sales Manager and Mortgage Loan Officer for Simmons Bank in Bellevue. She has been with Simmons for 15 years and in the Mortgage Business for 25+. She is married, has two grown kids, 2 grandchildren and a sweet Cava-poo named “Penny Lane”.

Tami’s vision for her work and life is “To grow people personally and/or professionally, to be the best version of themselves they can be. Being involved in the Bellevue Chamber for many years has given me the opportunity to meet so many people and to build wonderful long lasting relationships. Being the chair of the Member Relations Committee with give me the opportunity to better know our members and to help them benefit from their involvement in the chamber."

Hattie DeWalt

Executive Director

Hattie DeWalt is the Executive Director of Women in Numbers, a non-partisan organization committed to engaging, encouraging and endorsing qualified women in their pursuit of local office. She is also the President of the Bellevue Community Foundation and a member of the Bellevue Harpeth Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Previously, Ms. DeWalt was a member of the board of directors for Nashville Ballet, the American Cancer Society, Dress for Success and the American Red Cross.

Hattie was a Corporate Vice President of CIGNA responsible for training, administration, marketing and sales support. She was a marketing and acquisition consultant for numerous healthcare related companies and also worked for former Senator Bill Frist during his first term in office.

Ever committed to contributing to the community, Ms. DeWalt chaired numerous galas and events for The American Cancer Society, the American Red Cross, Nashville Ballet, My Sister’s Place and Cystic Fibrosis.

Shane Shelly

Shane Shelly is a Commercial Insurance Producer for McGriff Insurance Service, in their Nashville, TN office. Within McGriff, Shane works with their Senior Living Practice team placing the Property and Casualty lines for senior care facilities in the community. Shane graduated from Western Kentucky University in 2020 and he and his wife became Bellevue residents shortly thereafter. As a first-year board member Shane is looking forward to the personal growth that will come from being more in tune with the community. He looks to promote business growth while building relationships with existing members of the Chamber.

Zach Hilbers

Zach Hilbers is a Healthcare Administrator at The Meadows in Bellevue. He has held this position since 2018. Zach has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Saint Louis University. He is the Nashville District Vice President for Tennessee's Healthcare Association and past Treasurer for the Association.

Zach is looking forward to meeting area business owners and serving the community of Bellevue.

Miranda is a marketing and communications professional passionate about storytelling and has significantly contributed to the growth and rebranding of local non-profits, churches, and small businesses.

In addition to her marketing career, Miranda is the Lead Teacher at YogaSix Bellevue.
