He has 25 years of experience in land development consulting with specialized knowledge in landscape architecture including urban land planning, zoning entitlements, landscape design, innovative storm water design and sustainable site design.
Steve BlumeIncoming President, After Hours Team Leader
Steve Blume is an Allstate agency owner in Bellevue. Steve sees the growth and enjoys experiencing the excitement surrounding our dynamic community. His role as incoming president will enable him to share this feeling and help recruit new businesses. Steve grew up in West Nashville and graduated from Hillwood High School, so his roots are strong.
Diana Cook joined Hopkins-Page, Certified Public Accountants, after a time in corporate finance, desiring more diverse accounting experience. As a CPA, her role includes conducting audits, the preparation of individual and business tax returns, and bookkeeping work for both not-for-profit and for-profit clients. Diana has enjoyed living in Bellevue for the last thirteen years and wants to give back to the community through her involvement with the Bellevue Harpeth Chamber of Commerce.

Chad Crow, a Bellevue resident since 1988, is a project manager for American Constructors, Inc, based in Nashville TN. Chad graduated from Louisiana State University in 2007 and he, his wife and 3 boys reside in Bellevue. Chad serves as Secretary on the Executive Board. His focus for the Chamber is to promote business growth, further awareness of the Economic Development Committee and help ensure Bellevue continues to be a great place to grow a family.
Amanda JonesImmediate Past President, Women of the VUE Team Leader
Amanda Jones is the branch manager at the Regions branch in Belle Meade. This is her fifth year on the board and is currently the immediate past president of the Chamber. The busy mom of 2, Amanda loves the chamber for the connections that she has made and the personal growth that has come from being on the board.
Andrew Coulton serves as the Vice President of Westgate Commercial where he provides commercial real estate brokerage, investment and consulting services for clients throughout the country. He also owns Watercorp, a private label bottled water company, and is a National Account Executive for Ambactus Group, an Atlanta-based natural foods consulting and sales firm. Andrew is a native West Nashvillian and moved to Bellevue with his wife Kelsey and dog Dr. Stubbs in 2016.
Robin Dillon is a senior account executive for FW Publishing, LLC (Nashville Scene, NFocus and Nashville Post). Robin partners with local companies to build awareness of their products/services, expand their client/customer/patient base, and grow their ROI through innovative print, digital and event solutions. As a long-term Bellevue resident, Robin is serving on the board to give back to the community by offering her professional expertise in media and nonprofit fundraising to help shape and fund our future growth and sustainability.
Sandra Harris is the Senior Partnership Manager at PENCIL where she manages PENCIL Partners, Literacy Partners and other potential PENCIL-related volunteer programs within the southwest quadrant of Metro Nashville Public Schools. Honored to be invited to serve on the BHCC Board of Directors, Sandra is dedicated to Bellevue and is committed to being of service to her community. Sandra has a BA in Communications from the University of West Florida. She is also a professional actor and voice-over talent as well as, “person to Guinevere, the very curious Calico Cat.”
Gloria Hausser has focused her entire career on helping small businesses succeed and communities thrive. First in economic development targeting companies who would bring good jobs and invest in the community. She worked with chambers, elected officials, statewide developers, and business leaders to create and implement plans focused on immediate and long-term needs. As a commercial lender she helped businesses acquire the funding they needed to succeed. As a business owner and consultant, she helps businesses determine what they need to reach their goals, identify ways to improve, and attract the best funding. In addition to the chamber board Gloria serves on her HOA board and various non-profit boards, volunteers for TPAC and AWAKE, and is the fundraising chair for the Red Caboose Park Rebuild. Her bachelor’s degree is from UTC and her MBA from Brenau University.
Doug Jahner is a Business Banker with 20 years banking experience, specializing in business financing needs for business owners and real estate investors, both residential and commercial. He enjoys serving on The Chamber Board as a way of giving back to the community, and enjoys the many relationships that he has built from the Chamber.
Jim Plasko is the Founding Partner of Beyond Asset Management. His firm is dedicated to personal relationships of service, support, and leadership with his clients in the areas of comprehensive financial planning, advice, insurance and investments. He works with businesses and individuals.
Wyatt Rampy is the president of Poplar Hill Realty Company which opened in January 2004. Poplar Hill is a residential brokerage serving the Middle Tennessee market. His background was primarily in banking, first with Sovran Bank and later with Bankers Trust. Wyatt has been an active member of the chamber for years and served as President in 2016-17. He also serves as a deacon in his church and on the board of directors for Nashville Christian School. He has been married to Wendy since 1997.
Heather Sisemore Warmbrod is a REALTOR with The Wilson Group Real Estate Services. Heather’s diverse background in communications, marketing, and social media has made her an asset to the Bellevue Harpeth Chamber Board. Heather’s real estate scope spans from residential to urban core development. Heather and her husband James can be found cheering on their children at their many sporting events at Nashville Christian School. Heather is passionate about serving her community and has called Bellevue home since 2001.
Jacob Tippets “A rising tide lifts all ships…” Marketing, advertising, promotions, and sales have been the lifeblood of Jacob’s career for over fifteen years. At OFRS, he brings his experience, passion for progress, and enthusiasm into everything he does, and keeps his projects innovative, on the cutting edge, and relevant. As a chamber board member, Jacob plans to focus these attributes on improving the local business community in an area where he not only works, but where he raises his family.
Zach Heil is the President of Getaway Media. Getaway Media is a Nashville Tourism publication that can be found in over 125+ locations in the Nashville and surrounding market. Zach, his wife Michelle and son Grayson have called Bellevue home since 2015. He enjoys the relationships he has made through the chamber and sees serving on the board as a way to give back to the community that his family loves.
Darla moved to Nashville three years ago and immediately searched for a home in Bellevue area, where she has been now for two years. Coming from Birmingham Alabama, where she graduated with her masters in Communications from UAB.Darla uses her background experience in marketing, public relations and networking to fill the role of Community Engagement Director for speaker and singer Csilla Muscan. As an entrepreneur, she also owns her own business and is a recruiter, consultant and mentor for women through the premium skincare company, Rodan & Fields. Darla is the proud mom of three grown daughters. Meaghan and her husband Curtis (my bonus son) live in Huntsville AL with twin 3.5 daughters. Lauren is a designer and realtor in Birmingham AL. Katie is working on her PhD at Rice in Houston TX. She is an active member at Crosspoint Church where she volunteers weekly and leads a small group for ladies. And she loves hiking the Warner parks daily with her newly rescued dog, Tux!! When she’s not on the trails she is trying out new restaurants and music venues. Getting more involved in the activities in Bellevue has been a good fit for her love of making things around her better.
Vicki is a native Nashvillian that has been active in the Bellevue community since 1994. She is retired from the State of Tennessee Finance and Administration division. As a community activist, she has volunteered for the Bellevue Community Picnic and the Red Caboose Park Rebuild Campaign.
