Jim Plasko is the Founding Partner of Beyond Asset Management. His firm is dedicated to personal relationships of service, support, and leadership with his clients in the areas of comprehensive financial planning, advice, insurance and investments. He works with businesses and individuals.

Heather Sisemore Warmbrod
Heather Sisemore WarmbrodIncoming President, Chair of Marketing Committee

Heather Sisemore Warmbrod is a REALTOR with The Wilson Group Real Estate Services. Heather’s diverse background in communications, marketing, and social media has made her an asset to the Bellevue Harpeth Chamber Board. Heather’s real estate scope spans from residential to urban core development. Heather and her husband James can be found cheering on their children at their many sporting events at Nashville Christian School. Heather is passionate about serving her community and has called Bellevue home since 2001.

Diana Cook
Diana CookTreasurer

Diana Cook is a Certified Public Accountant and works for Pilot, a firm that offers the best bookkeeping, tax, and CFO services for growing businesses. Prior to her current role, Diana worked as a CPA for Hopkins Page Accounting in Bellevue. Diana has enjoyed living in Bellevue for the last fourteen years and wants to give back to the community through her involvement with the Bellevue Harpeth Chamber of Commerce.

Chad Crow
Chad CrowSecretary, Economic Development Team, Crawfish Boil Chair

Chad Crow, a Bellevue resident since 1988, is a project manager for American Constructors, Inc, based in Nashville TN. Chad graduated from Louisiana State University in 2007 and he, his wife and 3 boys reside in Bellevue. Chad serves as Secretary on the Executive Board. His focus for the Chamber is to promote business growth, further awareness of the Economic Development Committee and help ensure Bellevue continues to be a great place to grow a family.

Alan Thompson
Alan ThompsonEconomic Development Chair

Alan Thompson is a Vice President at Ragan Smith Associates, Inc. He has 25 years of experience in land development consulting with specialized knowledge in landscape architecture including urban land planning, zoning entitlements, landscape design, innovative storm water design and sustainable site design. Alan served as President of the Board from July 2017 to June 2018.

Amanda Jones
Amanda JonesWomen of the VUE Team, Membership Development Team

Amanda Jones is the Marketing Manager for Ragan-Smith Associates in Nashville. This is her 6th year on the board, having served as President from July 2017 to June 2018. A busy mom of 3, Amanda loves the chamber for the connections that she has made and the personal growth that has come from being on the board.

Sandra Harris
Sandra HarrisWomen of the VUE Team, Education Liaison

Sandra Harris is the Senior Partnership Manager at PENCIL where she manages PENCIL Partners, Literacy Partners and other potential PENCIL-related volunteer programs within the southwest quadrant of Metro Nashville Public Schools. Honored to be invited to serve on the BHCC Board of Directors, Sandra is dedicated to Bellevue and is committed to being of service to her community. Sandra has a BA in Communications from the University of West Florida. She is also a professional actor and voice-over talent as well as, “person to Guinevere, the very curious Calico Cat.”

Andrew Coulton

Andrew Coulton serves as the Vice President of Westgate Commercial where he provides commercial real estate brokerage, investment and consulting services for clients throughout the country. He also owns Watercorp, a private label bottled water company, and is a National Account Executive for Ambactus Group, an Atlanta-based natural foods consulting and sales firm. Andrew is a native West Nashvillian.

Jacob Tippets “A rising tide lifts all ships…” Marketing, advertising, promotions, and sales have been the lifeblood of Jacob’s career for over fifteen years. At OFRS, he brings his experience, passion for progress, and enthusiasm into everything he does, and keeps his projects innovative, on the cutting edge, and relevant. As a chamber board member, Jacob plans to focus these attributes on improving the local business community in an area where he not only works, but where he raises his family.

Betsy Lindell
Betsy LindellMember Relations Committee

Betsy Lindell is a small business owner representing multiple brands of commercial furniture across Tennessee and Mississippi. She holds a degree of fine arts from Savannah College of Art & Design and began her career as a commercial interior designer in Minneapolis. She has been a resident of Bellevue since 2015 and now serves as a consultant for interior designers, architects, building contractors, and business owners who plan or operate office space. Betsy and her husband, Eric, had a dream of creating a three generation home which they made a reality here in Nashville. They live together with their two children, Betsy’s parents, Eric’s sister, and their collectively beloved 6 pets.

David Hart

David Hart, CPA, CGMA, CVA, CFF leads the firm’s business valuation practice while specializing in tax preparation and business consulting for small and medium sized businesses. His business valuation experience compliments his tax practice and provides a unique opportunity to help his clients achieve their financial goals.

Wyatt Rampy
Wyatt RampyCommunity Liaison

Wyatt Rampy is the president of Poplar Hill Realty Company which opened in January 2004. Poplar Hill is a residential brokerage serving the Middle Tennessee market. His background was primarily in banking, first with Sovran Bank and later with Bankers Trust. Wyatt has been an active member of the chamber for years and served as President in 2016-17. He also serves as a deacon in his church and on the board of directors for Nashville Christian School. He has been married to Wendy since 1997.

Vicki Wilson
Vicki WilsonBoard Member

Vicki is a native Nashvillian that has been active in the Bellevue community since 1994. She is retired from the State of Tennessee Finance and Administration division. As a community activist, she has volunteered for the Bellevue Community Picnic and the Red Caboose Park Rebuild Campaign.
