42nd Bellevue Community Picnic
May 18th, 2019
Approximately 15,000 people attended the 42nd Annual Bellevue Picnic on Saturday, May 18th at Bellevue Middle School. The Bellevue Harpeth Chamber of Commerce’s event management team is dedicated to providing a family-oriented, fun event that allows local businesses to showcase what they have to offer the community. More than 125 business, craft and organization vendors were in attendance, as well as 14 food trucks, pony rides, a kids’ carnival, and a kids’ entertainment area. Local magician Bruce Amato, as well as Mr. Bond’s Science Guys, the Nashville Library Puppet Truck, Mr. Matty Sings, and local teenage band Havoc entertained the kids, and between sets fun games and activities were provided. Local community leaders Matt Lowney, Jad Duncan, Landon Lyon and Jeremy Blount carried on the 42 year old tradition of providing free watermelon to everyone in attendance. TN Events owner Scott Ducaj coordinated a full day of musical entertainment and the evening ended with an amazing fireworks display. We would like to especially thank Bellevue Middle School for accommodating such a large event on their property.
The Chamber would like to thank all our sponsors, without whom this event would not be possible.
