Breakfast Before Business at Nashville Christian School on January 17th, 2019.
More than 75 business professionals attended The Bellevue Harpeth Chamber’s Breakfast Before Business event on Jan. 17th at Nashville Christian School. The meeting featured information about both our magnificent greenway system in Nashville, and a brief history of the Natchez Trace Parkway.
Greenways for Nashville Executive Director Amy Crownover gave us an overview of how her organization works with the Metro Parks Department and the community to maintain excellent greenways throughout Nashville. Past President of the Natchez Trace Parkway Association, Tony Turnbow, talked about the history of the Trace and some of the activities available to the public.
These two “quality of life” topics showcase one of the reasons why Nashville is such a thriving community and reminds us of the opportunities that are right in our own back yard. Quality of Life and Economic Development are intertwined!
