The Bellevue Community Picnic is an annual festival managed by the Bellevue Harpeth Chamber of Commerce.

Civic Organizations/religious organizations: $150 Chamber Members, $250 Non Members
Vendor Information and General Policies
Exhibitor hours at the event are 11:00 am until 6 pm. Entertainment will continue until 8:30-9 pm, with fireworks to follow.
Vendors are required to maintain staff at the exhibit area throughout the Picnic hours.
Booth spaces (located outside) are 10’ x 10’ each; all vendors must have a 10' x 10' tent, and they must be staked or weighted.
Electricity is NOT AVAILABLE at this event. QUIET Generators are allowed and must be in good working order. Generators are subject to approval.
Booth spaces must be left clean upon departure at the close of the Picnic. Failure to do so will result in the Exhibitor being assessed a $100 cleaning fee and not being invited back to the festival.
Vendors will be notified of their application's receipt and acceptance status within 14 days of submission.
All fees are non-refundable if the event is cancelled due to weather, acts of nature, disaster, etc., beyond our control, or if the vendor chooses not to set up.
Setup times will be determined and distributed to vendors at that time.
The presenting sponsor retains the exclusive right to hand out promotional bags. No other vendor shall distribute any bags bearing their company or organization logo to visitors of their exhibit space.

Food & Beverage Vendors
Fees to participate:
Fees are $100 for Chamber Member businesses and $150 for Non-Member businesses.
Vendor Information and General Policies
Event hours are 11:00 am to 9 pm, followed by fireworks. You are encouraged to remain on-site until the fireworks show or until your product sells out.
All applications must be received, along with signed Rules & Regulations, Waiver and Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnification Agreement, and Certificate of One Million Dollars per incident in Liability Insurance naming the Bellevue Harpeth Chamber of Commerce and Metro Nashville Public Schools as additional insureds, prior to this date to be considered.
Food & Beverage spaces must be left clean upon departure at the close of the Picnic. Failure to do so will result in the Vendor being assessed a $100 cleaning fee and not being invited to future Picnics.
A list of menu items and pricing must be included with the application.
Vendors must supply their own extension cords rated for outdoor use.
Food vendors must clearly post menu items and pricing for guests' review.
Food vendors are subject to inspection by the Tennessee Department of Health.
Vendors will be notified of their application's receipt and acceptance status within 14 days of submission.
Fees should not be sent until the application is received and approved. All fees must be paid by April 30, 2026, and are non-refundable if the event is cancelled due to weather, acts of nature, disaster, or other events beyond our control, or if the vendor chooses not to set up.
Setup times will be determined no later than May 10, 2026, and distributed to Food & Beverage Vendors at that time.
